Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for the full spectrum of HR administration functions
- Recruitment functions include job posting, candidates screening, arranging interview and on-boarding of new staffs to fit manpower schedule
- A new employee joining formalities and orientation
- Handling of work pass administration
- Maintain Employee personal file
- Handling staff enquiries and ensuring HR policies and procedures communicated to all staffs
- Off-boarding and exit formalities based on company policies
- Monthly payroll preparation using HR software
- Maintain employee leave record
- Arrange staffs training and update training records
- Administration of staff confirmation, contract renewal, staff welfare, performance appraisal, increment and promotion
- Other duties to be assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, with 5–6 year’s related working experience
- Experience in Infotech Payroll Software will be an added advantage
- Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Ms Office and relevant applications
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staffs
- Responsible, thorough, and quick to pick things up
