HR Specialist (Project/ System/ Digitalization/ Kallang)

6-months contract
Location: Kallang
Contract Bonus
Salary Up to $5,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support project management, including system testing, within HR Services team for payroll and leave management system migration project and digitalization efforts.
- Serving as primary HR contact and develop relationship with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and conduct employee communications sessions related to change management plans and user experience trainings.
- Create/maintaining an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts as it relates to the improvement of efficiency or service level for any HR process or interaction.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision; follow through tasks assigned and issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Highly analytical and process-oriented; excellent at problem-solving and experience in system implementation
- Team player and customer orientation
- Well versed in Microsoft Office 365 (ideally with PowerPoint and Excel) and social media savvy
