Job Responsibilities:
- Consultation & Insights: Partner with clients to analyze organizational engagement and provide actionable strategies.
- Customized Solutions: Develop and implement tailored engagement initiatives based on Motivation Engineering principles.
- Workshops & Training: Lead workshops to educate teams on fostering motivation and effective change management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with clients to ensure sustainable impact and success.

Conditions:
- Salary: SGD 4,500-5,000 + Negotiable
- Work Arrangements: 9am−6pm, Office
- Earliest Starting Date: December 2024-January 2025
