Roles & Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of ACMV installation work (eg. duct work installation, etc)
- Assign job task to workers, sub-contractors and conduct daily briefing, resolve issues on site.
- Ensure work carry out as per site instruction, specification and compliance with safety regulation.
- Attend site meeting as required and follow-up with issues raised.
- Update and maintain proper site records on progress of work and report to superior.
- Work closely with other site parties to meet project timeline.
- Order materials and control materials usage.
- Responsible for site survey, propose & discussion with engineer to prepare shop drawing.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the ACMV construction industry
- Possess 2B or Class 3 driving license.
- Possess advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management, and First Aid certified will be added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and etc.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
