Job Description
- Provide support in the processing of e-commerce orders.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of pricing and product information on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor product inventory levels to confirm stock availability.
- Prepare sales & marketing sales reports.
- Create promotional artwork for operations purposes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses.
- Manage sponsorship inquiries and facilitate the coordination of sponsorships.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- NITEC or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Admin or related fields.
- Prior marketing experience would be preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other designing software will be an added advantage.
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
