Job Description

Our Management Trainee program is crafted to identify and nurture talent within our organization, whether newly onboarded or among our existing team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-potential individual who is eager to fast-track their career in management. Under this program, we aim to equip the trainee with the skills, knowledge, experience and leadership capabilities needed to take on a managerial role within our organization. Through structured training, hands-on projects, and mentorship, the program provides participants with a solid foundation for career growth.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Cross-Department Rotations:Rotate through different departments (Museum Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance) to build a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and functions.
  2. Project Management: Manage projects as assigned, ensuring that objectives are met, deadlines are adhered to, and resources are effectively allocated.
  3. Leadership Skills Development: Lead and oversee projects as assigned (from planning through to implementation and evaluation) and participate in decision-making processes under the guidance of senior managers.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop analytical skills by researching, collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI, ensuring data-driven insights support decision-making processes.
  5. Digital Transformation and Technology Integration:Work with digital tools and platforms, such as our E-Store (Online Ticketing), Gantry System, AR Experience (AR card and AR Storytelling book), Virtual Museum, Interactive AI Ambassador, CRM system (ActiveCampaign), and project management tools, to streamline processes and improve efficiency across departments. Be involved in evaluation and adoption of new technologies that align with our digital transformation goals.
  6. Visitor and Team Engagement: Document and analyze visitor interactions to continuously improve service quality. Work closely with internal teams and participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  7. Training & Development: Participate in training and mentorship sessions to gain knowledge in core areas such as business operations, financial management, customer service, and strategic planning.
  8. Performance Review and Feedback:Engage in regular review and feedback sessions with a mentor to track progress, identify growth areas, and improve skillsets.
