Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to meet their financing needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Offer tailored financial solutions based on industry insights.
- Identify and secure new SME lending opportunities.
- Evaluate creditworthiness through detailed financial assessments.
- Negotiate loan terms in line with policies and regulations.
- Oversee SME loan portfolios, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Mitigate credit risks through proactive management.
- Advise clients on business growth and financial strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage SME loan portfolios and meet lending targets.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of credit underwriting and loan structuring techniques.
