The Product Solutions Executive is responsible for account management and account set up of all clients ensuring that the onboarding process and implementation is successful and ready.
Responsibilities:
· Preparing and documenting SOP for Team supporting the business vertical.
· Understanding Market practices and sharing insights to the client, acting like a advisor or consultant.
· Drawing out step by step plans for SOP implementation.
· Streamlining existing practices and procedures for onboarding
· Documenting processes to ensure the same standard is easily implemented.
· Team Management: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver the final objective.
· Client Management: Ability to structure and record each client account handling, and develop simple onboarding and cross selling for all new and existing clients. Ability to streamline processes for all account use cases.
· System Features and Use cases: Understanding System features and how clients can effectively use the system for their benefits.
Requirements:
· Displays strong skillset in organizing information
· Diploma / Degree holders.
· 1 year Experience in the Attractions and Tourism industry preferred.
· Tech Savvy and with basic excel knowledge.
· Good command in English.
· Ability to understand business end objectives.
· Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
