Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and design M&E system
- Quality take off for MEP services and preparing all requirement documentations
- Check inspections and test after installation
- Provide construction drawings, testing and commissioning support during project execution
- Design duct sizing by hand calculation and by using duct checker software
- Design mechanical ventilation fan, grilles and diffusers sizing
- Resolve interface issues and technical clarifications
- Other related ad hoc duties
Key Requirements
- Possess BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in BIM M&E / ACMV
- High Proficiency in Revit would be advantageous
- Candidates with shorter notice period would be considered first
