Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Baking industry.
Diploma/Certificate in Baking.
Good working knowledge of bread, pastries and cakes.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Fair command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of basic functions of ingredients used in baking.
Willing to learn and take on new challenges and be a team player.
Able to travel periodically when required.
