Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns for the Group's brands.
- Write, edit, and proofread publicity materials and menus.
- Conceptualize and create print and online marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, EDMs, and website content.
- Generate content (editorial copy and visual design) for digital marketing and social media platforms, including basic photography and videography.
- Drive public interest in various brands through marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Establish and build relationships with business partners through joint programs.
- Collaborate with management to create proposal decks for new programs and events.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of related experience in marketing, service, or the F&B industry.
- A strong network, including media, social influencers, and industry partners, is an asset.
- Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, speaking, and writing abilities.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in using social and online media for marketing, especially Chinese social media platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing/social media software and presentation software.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Canva.
- Dynamic, resourceful, self-driven, hardworking, confident, and outgoing with great interpersonal skills.
- Effective team player with the ability to interact with an international community from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or exposure in the F&B industry is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- AWS + VB provided
