What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students in chess.
- A Chess.com rating of 1600 or higher (or equivalent on other platforms).
- Commitment to maintaining regular weekly lesson schedules with minimal coach-initiated cancellations or reschedules.
- Ability to coach during weekday daytimes is not necessary but is a bonus.
- Ability to commit to lessons for at least 1 year.
- Reliability and strong time management skills to independently handle lesson planning and scheduling.
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and timely manner with our company, students, and their parents.
- You should be at least 18 years old.
