Responsibilities
- The Site Resident Engineer (SRE) is responsible for the maintenance of the customer's IT infrastructure.
- Maintain and manage the customer's IT infrastructure
- Work with the Infrastructure team to ensure that the company's servers and storages is reliable and scalable
- Monitor the company's IT infrastructure for performance and availability issues by applying the latest patches
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues by liaising with respective vendors
- Generate monthly reports on performance and utilization.
Skills/Requirement
- 3 + years of experience in IT storage management
- Strong understanding of Storage concepts like RAID and LUN
- Required experience with DELL storages like VNX, Unity, Powerstore and PowerMax
