Our client is a tech startup in the business of providing innovative lifestyle services to the mass market through their proprietary software.
Reporting to the headquarter based in China, the CEO will lead the regional office in ASEAN based in Singapore through its next phase of growth, shaping its strategy, culture, and operational excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong track record in building scalable businesses, particularly in the tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision to drive global growth and market leadership.
- Oversee operational efficiency, financial performance, and organizational development.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team aligned with the company’s mission and values.
- Secure funding and manage investor relations to support business expansion.
- Foster partnerships and represent the company in key markets and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with global and regional regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or senior executive in a tech startup or fast-growing tech company.
- Strong understanding of scaling businesses in global markets, particularly within or expanding out of China.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Background in fundraising and maintaining strong investor relationships.
- Deep knowledge of end-consumer market in Singapore
- Cultural adaptability and the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
