Role Overview:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who is adept at managing and maintaining our technical infrastructure and also possesses a keen sense of adventure and flexibility. Your role will extend beyond the confines of our office, taking you to data centers, airport airside operations, and retail locations. You will ensure the seamless operation of our IT assets, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement robust security measures. You will also oversee network security measures, including penetration testing and network vulnerability scanning, to make sure our technical infrastructure supports all locations with appropriate compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

· Maintains, configures, and ensures the reliable operation of computer systems, peripherals, POS devices, and network servers.

· Handles the installation and upgrade of computer components, POS devices, and software.

· Addresses hardware and software errors, prioritize problems, and mitigate the impact of IT issues.

· Drafts technical specifications for planning and executing regular IT infrastructure upgrades and update patches.

· Leads efforts in desktop and helpdesk support to minimize disruptions.

· Coordinates IT audits ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and addressing any audit findings promptly.

· Visits data center, retail outlets, and the airport and provide on-site technical support, ensuring the stability and security of IT operations across all locations.


Minimum Qualifications:

· Diploma or ITE in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

· At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support.

· Certifications in relevant tech areas (e.g., Cisco CCNA) will be desirable.

· Proficient in hardware, software, and networking systems.

· Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· An adventurous spirit ready for the demands of fieldwork across diverse locations.

· Good to have hands-on/technical knowledge of:

Network technologies, like Fortinet, Cisco switches, routers. LAN/WAN, subnets, firewalls, VLAN's, and VPN.

· Proficiency in Korean is a plus
