- Assist in the planning and coordination of port operations, including vessel arrivals, departures, and cargo handling.
- Oversee daily port operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact between shipping lines, terminal operators, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, shipping schedules, and operational metrics for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the allocation of resources, including labor and equipment, to optimize operational productivity.
- Identify operational challenges and collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations within port operations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for port operations.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum local polytechnic diploma in any discipline
- Willing to work 12 hours rotating shift
