Our client is a leading player in the Consumer Goods business, currently hiring a driven and hands-on FP&A talent to join the team. Commercial Finance/ Business Partnering experience is a must.
The successful candidate must have experience in managing high-volume data, working in a fast-paced environment, and has strong Excel skills. The company is undergoing transformation and rapid expansion, and will need someone who is agile and highly motivated to grow with the business.
Budget
S$7,500 – S$8,500 per month + Bonus
Requirements
- >5 years of FP&A experience, highly driven with strong business acumen
- Proven track record in business partnering with commercial stakeholders and Country GM
- MUST: strong experience in analyzing marketing/ advertising spends, go-to-market and ROI analysis
- Consumer Goods industry experience is advantageous
- Hands-on, strong Excel skills, familiar with PowerQuery
- Ability to manage high volume data and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Traits: Independent, self-motivated, comfortable in managing ad-hoc requests, patient with changes, flexible and confident in partnering stakeholders across different functions
Job Scope
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible in driving timely and insightful analysis, analyzing data and identifying opportunities to optimize the value chain, as well as interacting and directly driving finance agenda in partnership with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders such as from sales & marketing, operations, etc. You will support in creating monthly forecast process, budgeting, lead actuals reviews and forecast proposals, and play an important role in supporting expansion initiatives. You will build reports and dashboards to drive effective business reviews, lead in portfolio analysis, go-to-market analysis, gross margin and pricing analysis. As an efficient business partner, you will provide detailed data and financial insights to drive business performance and commercial decision making.
