Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall Company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions and programmes.
- Support the Project Management and QAQC teams in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP)/CONQUAS/Quality Mark/Quality Management plans to achieve and maintain the highest level of Quality Standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with various Contractual QAQC Requirements conforming to Project requirements.
- Oversee the renewal audits & surveillance certification audits of existing ISO 9001 certifications to the latest versions.
- Act as main liaison party with external certifying body on all ISO certifications related to Quality.
- Oversee the continuous operations of the In house Academy with HR department to upskill and train all employees internally through in-house courses/training
- Conduct site-based Quality-related training to promote quality culture, better knowledge and awareness among project site staff.
Qualifications:
- Possess a recognized Engineering Degree with certification preferably BCA CONQUAS / QM manager certification and if having as Internal ISO 9001 Auditor certification is a plus point.
- At least 3 years' experience as a QA / QC role.
- Experienced in BCA CONQUAS / Quality Mark assessments is preferred
- Possess good communication skills and positive working attitude
