Main Responsibilities Includes -
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertains their dining/lodging needs.
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart and monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Take bookings for the Restaurant, via telephone, fax, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning enquiries into booking and handling guest’s orders.
- Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest’s requirements and pass it on to the right person.
- Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertise accordingly on system and website.
- Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailed record of guest.
