Troubleshoot IT Network issues, help desk ticket support, hardware setups and software applications
- Support system upgrades, installations, and software updates
- Assist in the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights and set up email accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, including equipment and software licenses
- Provide IT support to local and remote users (Hardware/ Software/ Network)
- Attend to ad-hoc service repair calls
- Assist in web design and graphic design work
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior
Requirement
1. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
2. Interested in marketing IT tools and web services
3. Good communication skills. People-oriented and able to speak in public/zoom briefing
4. Provide support outside of normal operating hours as required
5. IT Savvy and familiar with IT tools such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access, SQL database, Phyton, C++, Java, etc
6. Able to commit to a minimum 6-month to 12-month intern contract.
