Working hours : 8:00am – 5:00pm, or 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mondays – Fridays)
Salary per month : Up to $3000 + $90 transport allowance
- On boarding, off boarding
- Overtime management
- Workers’ welfare management
- Payroll preparation
- Leave recording and management
- Work permit application/cancellation
- Month end overtime reporting
- Sourcing and Ordering of stationeries for the company
- Sourcing and Ordering of cleaning chemicals for cleaners
- Workers’ uniform / safety shoes stock monitoring
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
