Job Summary
Serve as the central hub for all internal and external communications within the Senior Services, managing all media matters to ensure a consistent brand message across various platforms. Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, published resource materials, and online media content (websites, social media pages) to effectively communicate the division's initiatives and achievements. Utilise data analytics to develop engagement strategies and assist with business development.
Principle Accountabilities
- Diagnose gaps and identify opportunities through strategic engagement of key accounts/ partners
- Develop engagement plan, recommend appropriate solutions and track projects progress via a data driven approach
- Develop deep understanding of the industries and be attuned to MOH/AIC initiatives to support Senior Services engagement sessions
- Forge effective partnerships with strategic stakeholders including other community care providers, RHS and other healthcare partners, and potential donors,
- Support outreach, marketing and networking events that will increase awareness and adoption of best practices
- Work closely with volunteer and programme lead to ensure alignment of communications with Senior Services division
- Utilise data analystics to understand effectiveness of maketing and communications effectiveness
- Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time
