Accounts Assistant Cum Admin

Realtech Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

· 5 days working week

· Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

· Matching the DO with the tax invoice & posting into accounting system

· Follow up closely with the payment due from client

· Generate invoices and account statements

· Verify petty cash bills

· Handling of incoming calls and forward to the appropriate personnel

· General administrative duties, data entries & filing

· Ad hoc accounts and admin duties as assigned


Requirements:

· Minimum O level or Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification

· Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience

· Familiar in Microsoft office ie. Word, Excel

· Able to communicate in English / Mandarin

· Pleasant personality and able to work independently

· Location : Yishun
