As part of People Operations, the team works with Procurement and Finance teams for seamless operations and compliance.

We are passionate about applying technology to improve processes. With the ongoing integration of AI, we are looking for an intern to help create an end-to-end solution for managing talent holistically. This role be fully onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will redesign processes within the Extended Workforce team, integrating AI-driven solutions to refine operations and enhance efficiency.
- You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and People Operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- You will support automation projects, including developing AI-powered tools, chatbots, and dashboards to improve workforce management.
- You will conduct market research on best practices in total talent management and help create a guide for future innovations in workforce management.
