Responsiblities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers.
  • Coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
  • Organize appointment with customer and ensure that presentation materials are prepared
  • Contact customers to check on their level of satisfaction with the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed
  • Report any inventory or service issues to supervisors
  • Understand customer's requirements and provide aadvice on the technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience.
  • Good communication skills & computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
