We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance on service engagements. In this role, you will bridge the gap between solution architecture and implementation, ensuring that technical components align with customers’ business needs. You will collaborate closely with AppDynamics technical teams, project managers, and customer teams to deliver successful, high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will work with AppDynamics R&D and Customer Support to provide feedback, drive rapid issue resolution, and mentor junior team members.
Job Summary:
- 5 days’ work week (9.00am – 5.00pm)
- UP to S$9,000
- Location: Central (Bencoolen)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of AppDynamics solutions, translating solution architecture into actionable technical plans.
- Collaborate with the customer’s technical teams and stakeholders, understanding their environment and aligning deliverables with business objectives.
- Work with AppDynamics R&D and Customer Support to address product feedback, engagement-specific support issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and propose relevant technical solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Prior experience in software and apps development and application is advantageous.
- Good problem and communications skills and able to lead a team.
- Willing to travel to client office (Tai Seng and Paya Lebar) for discussion.
- Relevant certifications is advantageous
