Roles & Responsibilities
Key Objectives:
- To be part of the initial project delivery team to architect the solution design and de-risk the project.
- Analysis of business requirements.
- Design and implementation of full solutions.
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
- Coach and develop skills within a project team.
- Work effectively in mixed client and consultancy teams.
Role Competencies:
- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area (Technology, Industry, or LOB.
- Mobilise and motivate a project team.
- Ability to organize and coordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
- Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
- Broad technical appreciation, including ALL key SAP functionality and technology, and the ability to assess new technology solutions rapidly.
- Lead functional/technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Support the Programme Director in developing phasing strategy, plans, benefits cases, organizational structures,risks, and issues.
- Manage design workshops on multiple areas of expertise.
- Command the respect and confidence of other Solution Architects, Solution Directors, and the Commercial Team.
- Ability to develop HCL Axon’s methods and tools and contribute to Solution Team strategy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or any relevant.
- Minimum 10 years+ of experience.
- Strong SAP implementation experience within the Asset Management line of business and cross-modular experience in PM/CS/PS/QM/A&D INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS etc.
- Knowledge of integration between PM and MM/HR modules.
- Maintenance Repair & Overhaul experience within asset-intensive industries.
- SAP EAM/MRO implementation experience - with 1project lifecycle.
- Experience in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects with architecture skills.
- Experience in implementing SAP solutions for the maintenance of assets in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of HCL iMRO solutions.
