Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer who is passionate about providing high-quality technical support to our employees in Singapore and globally. This role is critical in providing technical support and for maintaining the hardware and software environment across the company's offices, ensuring that all technology is functioning optimally to support business operations.
Responsibilities
1. Technical Support
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via MS Teams, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Troubleshooting & Solutioning
- Provide basic infrastructure or network troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
3. System Maintenance
- Install, configure, and update software applications, desktops, laptops, TV, Meeting Room bookings and peripherals.
4. IT Documentation
- Create and maintain accurate IT documentation, including processes, procedures, and support resolutions.
5. IT Contract & Licences Management
- Review and maintain IT contracts with vendors ensuring proper approval is completed and documented.
- Review all software licences and provide periodic updates & recommendations.
- Plan and provide a table of report on upcoming licences renewals and ensuring the accounts are done correctly and on-time.
6. Asset Management
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking.
7. Vendor Collaboration and Purchasing of IT assets
- Review need of IT requisition from users and obtain approval from user’s department head and IT head before partnering with vendors to procure hardware and software as needed.
- Procure, manage, and maintain office IT equipment and cabling to meet agreed standards, ensuring they function safely and effectively.
8. Compliance & Audits
- Conduct periodic system audits and ensure IT systems meet security and compliance standards and taking up the lead for IT Audits and second level check by peers or manager.
9. Infrastructure Support
- Assist with office infrastructure setup and maintenance, including firewalls, access points, printers, and workstations.
10. Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including configuring accounts and providing user training on IT tools and processes.

- Exhibit excellent teamwork skills and adapt to company’s culture and practices.
- Maintain a high standard of work and adhere to service timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement in the IT support processes and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Experienced in using and supporting Microsoft 365, MS Teams and Sharepoint support.
- Ensure good follow-up to case closure.
12. Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS; familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software is essential.
