Job Title: Call Centre Representative (Vouchers Project)
Location: near Ubi MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Project Duration: 26 December 2024 – 24 January 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 80% email correspondence and 20% inbound/outbound calls related to the Vouchers project.
- Efficiently manage multiple systems, tabs, and dual PCs concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable multitasking across multiple tabs and screens.
