Responsibility:
- Perform monthly cost analyses to compare actuals against budgets, identifying variances and trends
- Monitor and track costs across projects, operations functions
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process
- Manage project-specific cost tracking to ensure expenditures stay within budgeted limits
- Generation and processing of invoices
- Support accounts receivable tracking by updating records
- Organize and document all invoices for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- At least 2 years of related experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial management
