We are looking for a cheerful and attentive Sales Coordinator who will assist the Sales team in managing sales related and shipping coordination activities.
Role:
- Attend and respond to sales enquires.
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
- Making follow up calls to request for sales reports, confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
- Manage order processing and coordinate shipping.
- Tracking of sales orders to ensure orders are on schedule and are sent out in timely manner.
- Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Organising exhibitions and preparing marketing materials.
Requirements:
- NITEC, Diploma or any relevant customer service background.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator)
- Mature, keen to learn, positive, trustworthy and dependable.
- A detailed person with meticulous planning.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute tasks.
- Attentive, friendly and service-oriented.
