Job Descriptions:
o Perform commissioning of Products from system setup to route mapping and product operations testing
o Execute upgrade and modification requests for an existing hardware or system via remote or on-site support
o Train the Product Operators and Service Team in operating a newly setup system, equipping them with product operations and basic troubleshooting skills
o Prepare and submit theUser Acceptance Test, Progress Report, Project Report and other Operations related documents as needed
o Escalate higher level issue to superior for immediate advice and action whenever needed
o Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Engineer to align objectives and achieve team goals
o Assist in attending to any project related issues via remote or on-site support
o Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed
Skillsets:
o Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields
o Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Project Engineer or a similar role
o Strong background in Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV)
o Familiarity in mechanical/electrical hardware installation, setup and troubleshooting
o Familiarity in system/network installation, setup and troubleshooting
o Familiarity in AutoCAD, ElcoCAD and any other design and planning software
o Familiarity of LINUX (Ubuntu) System and software troubleshooting will be an added advantage
o Ability to read and interpret mechanical / electrical prints and other related technical documentation
o Strong working knowledge of equipment, tools and components used in the industry
o Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
o Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
o Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users
Additional Requirement:
o Willing to travel locally in a short notice
o Comfortable to work overtime as needed
o Willing to be deployed overseas as needed
