Finance Manager (FMCG)
The candidate will manage day to day operations of the Finance and IT functions undertaking the following key responsibilities:
· Co-pilot with the head of the business in driving organization strategies and initiatives
· Design and improve internal control system within the organization
· Establish and maintain all authorization policies regarding approval and signatories
· Ensure good and efficient practices regarding control environment
· Drives IT initiatives of the organization with the help of IT manager.
· Work closely with Operations team in vendor negotiations, defining inventory norms, etc
· Work closely with Sales & Marketing head in evaluating effectiveness of trade & consumer promotions
· Profitability analysis by brand, Key Accounts, category and channel.
· Ensure full adherence to all local regulations
· Compliance – Ensure compliance with the company and the group rules, regulations, code of conduct
· Supervise all statutory and corporate requirements
· Treasury management, taxation, etc
· Proactive role in any investment initiatives – organic and acquisition
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline, preferably from reputable university with CPA/CA/ACCA qualification
· Minimum 10-12 years’ post qualification experience with proven track record of managing a team as a Function Head
· Strong people management skills with hands-on style of management and ability to work under pressure
· With SAP system knowledge
