Summary:
- Logistic industry (Air & Sea)
- Basic salary up to $2800
- Variable bonus
- Location: Changi
- 5 days work week
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all bookings for both air and sea freight
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, shipping rate and etc
- Interact with customer via phone / email
- Process customer orders, documentation, and schedule for deliveries
- Apply for custom permit if required
- Resolve any issues related to damaged goods, delayed shipments and etc
- Other related ad-hoc duties
Key Requirements:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in logistic industry
- Bilingual in Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and vendors
