With a vast and established customer base, they are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Sales Team
- Handling sales enquiries, communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and overseas offices
- Preparing quotations, reports and other sales-related documents
- Sales order follow up and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and strong in administrative processes (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Internship admin experience will be a strong advantage
- Meticulous and comfortable to work with tight deadlines
