Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
· Assist with recruitment activities, including creating internal and external job postings.
· Conduct initial candidate selection through shortlisting and screening processes.
· Arrange and facilitate in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Propose salary recommendations.
· Organize and lead ad-hoc HR events such as career fairs, recruitment presentations, etc.
· Support the planning, execution, and administration of employee welfare and benefits.
· Plan and coordinate HR initiatives and staff engagement activities.
· Oversee and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
· Completing of weekly and monthly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· 1 year of relevant experience would be an added advantage
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
