Job Description
- Assisting in all food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing all raw and cook materials
- Preparing vegetables, meats and seafood or vegetarians food items
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
- Inform chef of any excess food items or product for use in daily production
- Responsible to maintain food logs
- To assist others on chopping, cutting, packing, and learning dishes from other chefs
- Work according on food menu specifications by the higher level chef
Requirements
- Able to work flexi-shift, public holidays and on roster
- Good cooking skills in Chinese and Local cuisine
Rostered-based work-week, and usual work timing is 6am to 2pm (to prepare community meals)
