Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements- Support hiring activities such as internal & external advertisement
- Perform 1st selection of candidates by shortlisting and screening of candidates
- Coordinate and facilitate face to face interview between candidates and hiring managers- Recommend salary proposals
- Plan & drive ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment talks, etc
- Staff Welfare and Benefits
- Provide support in the planning, implementation, and administration of staff welfare and benefits
- Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
- Manage and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to labour laws
Diversity Equality & Inclusion(DE&I)
- Work with Regional HR to drive and execute DE&I initiatives and activities
Requirements :

- Good Project management skill, strong coordination, creative and innovative thinking
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
- Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point and automation tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently
- Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a company with a multicultural environment
