Job Description
- Interpret contract specifications, standards, and designs for construction
- Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manages budgets; writes reports; and carries out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated
- Oversee mechanical scope planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status
- Coordinate, organise, and prepare method statements, job hazards analysis and other prerequisites documents for mechanical equipment installation at site
- Oversee mechanical scope such as piping and equipment fabrication and installation, communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding issues, and guarantee the highest levels of workmanship
- Provide the mechanical designers with technical guidance on requirements
- Organise and/or participate in subcontractor and consultant meetings
Requirements
- Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Min 3 years of construction experience
- Proficient in English writing and speaking.
- Microsoft application (words, excel, ppt etc)
