- Position : Administrative Assistant - Up to $2,500 - Joo Seng
- Location : Joo Seng
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 Basic + 7 Days Annual Leave (Pro-Rated by Number of Working Months)
- Duration : 5-6 Months (Maternity Cover, Feb - Jun/Jul 2025)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure lift contract renewal to customers prior to expiry of existing contracts
- Handle customers’ feedback and complaints
- Support inventory management
- Assist Maintenance Manager with quotations to customers
- Maintain customers’ record in system
- General filing and correspondence
- Answer & screen phone calls
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
