- Assist with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules and regulations.
- Update HR database and employee records.
- Communicate with interview candidates and schedule interview for managers.
- Conduct brief orientation to newly hired employees.
- Process work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation.
- Handle staff lodging issues.
- Process HR related claims when necessary.
- Arrange and schedule employees for WSQ Food Hygiene Course and other training workshops.
- Provide administrative support when necessary.
- Assist on payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
- Assist on CPF e-submission.
- Assist on the review, design and implementation of compensation & benefits schemes, HR policies, systems and practices.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
