- Work with Product Owner throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth launch of product service
- Jointly conduct UAT or LSV with other stakeholders based on scripts provided, to ensure positive test results before the project is launch
- Prepare/review functional requirements from a customer experience perspective
- Develop new work processes for Retail (general workflow, escalation, dispute handling, technical support) and ensure they fix into the processes of other departments
- Identify any operational or servicing gaps and establish workarounds or alternatives to bridge those gaps
- Recommend appropriate systems changes
- Provide a secondary check on all communication materials to ensure information is correct and complete
- Collate post-launch feedback from customers (internal / external) and forward to project lead or product owner for review and corrective actions, if any
- Update weekly and any other reports that may be applicable
- Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to support sales activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster loyalty and drive mutual success.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of working experience in conducting UAT/project management in current job
- Good proficiency in written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
- Basic PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
- Understanding of SalesForce applications, Jira and Confluence
