Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to partnering with clients to meet their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms and methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and career opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the recruitment market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet).
