Our client is a leading automotive company. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and hiring to orientation and appraisals. You will also be responsible for managing onboarding, as well as employee welfare and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and manage recruitment activities.
- Conduct candidate screening, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Recommend salary proposals and support recruitment events like career fairs and talks.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and managing staff welfare and benefits programs.
- Organise HR initiatives and staff welfare activities while ensuring compliance with labour laws.
- Support DE&I initiatives by collaborating with Regional HR to execute related activities.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Business or Human Resources, with at least 1 year of HR experience (fresh degree graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Strong project management, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
- Confident in communicating and working with various stakeholders, from entry-level to management.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and automation tools, with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
