Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance services, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications
Assist in the implementation and upgrade of new IT systems and solutions
Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure technical needs are met
Write and update technical documentation and operation manuals
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure project goals are met on time
Track and report IT support incidents and problem resolution progress
Continuously learn and update technical knowledge to stay industry-competitive
Basic Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related major
