Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with proven experience in app development and scaling startups. As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction, building a robust product roadmap, and leading the development team to deliver a best-in-class child enrichment app.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Technology Strategy: Define and implement the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and product objectives.
· Product Development: Oversee the design, architecture, and development of the app, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
· Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
· Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Design) to align technical development with user needs.
· Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor metrics to ensure top-notch app performance, usability, and compliance with relevant standards.
· Innovation: Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the child enrichment and EdTech space to keep the app competitive and engaging.
· Budget Management: Manage the technology budget and optimize resource allocation for sustainable growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- 7+ years in tech roles, with 3+ years in leadership (e.g., Head of Engineering or Technical Lead).
- Proven experience in building and scaling mobile apps, preferably in the EdTech or child enrichment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of modern app development frameworks, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead a high-performing tech team.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with hands-on involvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
