Responsibility:
- Assist in the daily management and optimization of the mobile app.
- Provide administrative support to the product operations team, include data entry, reporting and task management.
- Contribute to planning and executing user engagement activities, such as roadshows, workshops and community events.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Actively participate in offline outreach initiatives, such as community events and volunteer programs.
- Comfortable to meet and communicate with volunteers
- Assist in coordinating and executing online and offline contests and events.
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC, specialising in Business, Services and Hospitality.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in software or service industry will be advantageous.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
