We’re seeking a skilled and driven Automation Engineer to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for software, hardware testing, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Develop efficient scripts, test cases, and reusable documentation for automation tasks.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate innovative practices.
- Provide training and technical support on automation tools and processes.
- Document workflows, test cases, and results for auditing and reference.
- Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder meetings for seamless delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience:4–7 years in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics and process automation.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Linux, VBA, and other relevant programming languages.
- Development Practices:Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Certifications:Certification in automation or related fields is advantageous.
- Industry Background:Experience in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
