Job Description:
- Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and transfers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze and report on inventory trends, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce stockout risks.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Lead periodic stock counts and audits to reconcile physical and system inventory.
- Review and improve processes for efficient stock movement and management.
- Implement best practices in inventory control aligned with supply chain standards.
- Monitor KPIs and manage inventory budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training and leadership to the inventory team, ensuring adherence to procedures and system updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years in retail supply chain management and 3 years in a management role.
- Expertise in inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and data analysis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
