Responsibilities
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining stocks handling and storage requirements in FIFO, equipment utilization and logistic.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor space productivity.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
- Analyse productivity and develop actionable plans to ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency on warehouse stocks management and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Oversee and manage daily logistics for transporting products to customers, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Take charge on imports, trucking, unstuffing and inspection by SFA
- Review workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, action plans on warehouse safety SOP and stocks security.
- Coordinate with purchasing & sales department.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistic Management
- 5 years in Warehouse Management with WMS Knowledge
- Valid Forklift license
